HIGHLIGHTS

Is there anyone in the world who has not seen, admired, driven or owned an MGB? Introduced in 1962, and conceived as the sports car that would replace the MGA it was produced steadily until 1980, and was an absolute sales success.
This 1971 unit is powered by a 1.8L four-cylinder engine developing 85hp, transmitted to the 14" rear wheels through a four-speed manual gearbox with overdrive.
The odometer registers 99305 miles (160,000 km).

EQUIPMENT AND OPTIONS

This MG MGB Roadster is finished in a beautiful beige color with a dark brown canvas top, over a cabin upholstered in chestnut leather.
It is equipped with the original set of 14-inch spoked wheels shod with new Nankang tires.
The original British Leyland order form, the original bill of sale and the original maintenance book will be delivered with the car.

CONDITION

The rectangular canvas fitted to this convertible is new and undamaged. All MGBs were equipped with disc brakes in the front and drum brakes in the rear.
The interior is very elegant. The brown seats are very good, with no noticeable problems. Both seats tilt forward, the carpets are also recent pieces and therefore in good condition, with no signs of use.
In the trunk it is the same, all completely carpeted, it does not hide any damage and suggests a careful use of the car.
The seller has no record of any mechanical or electrical failure.

SERVICE HISTORY

This MG MGB has received a complete overhaul just 3000Kms ago, which has included
New rear brake cylinders, new exhaust line, new alternator, new ignition switch, new clutch master cylinder, plus oils and filters. Therefore, it is delivered ready to use, without any pending work to be done.
