HIGHLIGHTS

The Seat 600 is the Spanish version of the Fiat 600, launched in Italy in 1955. Seat would get the manufacturing license for Spain and would assemble it in the Zona Franca factory in Barcelona. In 1957 began the commercialization of a car that helped to motorize a whole country in the 60s and 70s, and despite not being the best technically, it is and will forever be a mythical and unrepeatable model that remains in the memory of millions of Spaniards.
The 614kg of this car is moved by a 0.7L four-cylinder engine offering a maximum power output of 25V, transmitted to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual gearbox.

EQUIPMENT AND OPTIONS

This Seat 600 is a vehicle that reached a wide popularity, becoming the first car enjoyed by many of the Spanish families of the time.
Externally, it is an exact copy of its Italian counterpart, only the anagrams and some details of the dashboard differentiate it from the original FIAT model. In the case of this unit, we are offered painted white with chrome accents, on an interior upholstered in black leatherette.

CONDITION

First registered in 1971, this Seat 600 is offered for sale by its current owner, who has used it with low mileage since he has owned it.
Several years ago, it has been repainted, although the passage of time makes it advisable to repaint the bodywork, and fix several corrosion marks, visible in the photo gallery, to obtain a perfect condition.
The interior, recently reupholstered, is in good condition, although there is some wear and tear on the gearshift and handbrake.
The three-spoke sports steering wheel that has been added shows some minimal signs of use, but in general, its condition is good, as is that of the controls, door panels or dashboard.
Its current owner has checked it and there are no known electrical faults or fault lights on the panel.
The vehicle is delivered with ITV in force until 2024.

SERVICE HISTORY

This 600 has just undergone a complete mechanical overhaul in which all the mechanics have been checked and it has been tuned for the MOT, so it has no outstanding maintenance to be carried out.
