WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR CONSIGNING A LOT TO A DEALER?

The vehicles are registered in consideration of their owners and are then examined and selected by an internal team, with the support of independent specialists.

WHAT INFORMATION CAN I PROVIDE / CONTRIBUTE TO SOUL AUTO ?

When you submit the details of a vehicle for sale, we will ask you for some details about your vehicle. When we decide to include it in a dealer sale, our team will contact you for more information.

HOW MUCH DETAIL DO YOU NEED TO TALK ABOUT THE HISTORY, THE APPEARANCE AND THE MECHANICAL CONDITION OF THE LOT?

Our goal is to make sure that our ads are the most accurate of all the online auction platforms. For this reason, please tell us as much as possible about the lot for sale at the dealers, even the least desirable parts of its history or appearance. Although Soul Auto performs certain verification processes (including MOT). Soul Auto is not liable to the seller or buyer for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the description of a sale to dealers.

CAN I SET A MINIMUM SELLING PRICE FOR THE LOT ?

Sellers may request that the lot be sold at a minimum. The value of any minimum is agreed in consultation with the Soul Auto team to ensure that it is realistic. Once Soul Auto accepts a minimum, the seller may reduce it or withdraw it by written notice to Soul Auto, but you may not increase it without our prior written consent. Please note that Soul Auto, at its own discretion, has the right to compile the difference between the highest offer and the reservation if the highest offer does not correspond to the reservation.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN ONCE MY LOT OF GOODS IS IN DIRECT ?

Once a lot is open for bidding, any registered user can post a question on this subject in the comments under each listing. The sellers must respond in the shortest possible time.

AND IF SOMEONE POSTS A NEGATIVE COMMENT ON MY LOT OF ENCHÈRE ?

Our moderators will allow people to add constructive comments on a number of items, but if you feel that any comments are inaccurate, please contact us.

CAN I ALLOW THE NUMBER OF STORES TO BE AVAILABLE TO VISIT?

Many of our buyers will be ready to purchase a lot from the seller without being seen, but others may ask for an inspection. Consequently, we ask the sellers to make the lots available for consultation as far as possible. Buyers and sellers must not engage in any activity designed to complete or facilitate a purchase or sale transaction with off-site dealers.

If a sale to a retailer is concluded off site, you will be obliged to pay SOUL Auto COMMISSIONS that the buyer would have paid if the sale to the retailer had been sold via the site. This is calculated on the last reservation you have accepted, otherwise our minimum fees will apply (see fees section below).

CAN I APPROVE THE LIST OF DEALERS BEFORE IT GOES ONLINE?

Each listing is submitted to the seller for approval prior to publication. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that the list is an accurate description of the lot for sale to the seller. The proposed start date for the auction will be discussed at this stage.

CAN I ENCLOSE FOR MY OWN LOT OF WOOD ?

No, you cannot post on your own store, and you can no longer have a friend post on your store in your name. If we believe that you or anyone on your behalf has made an offer on your lot and that the lot is not sold to a real seller as a result, you will be responsible for covering all costs incurred in preparing the listing resulting from the outcome of your listing and your violation of the terms and conditions.

If it appears that you or someone on your behalf has "locked" on a locker, we must disclose this information to the buyer and give him/her the possibility of not buying the locker lot without any fees for him/her. If they wish to stop buying the lot of goods, you (the seller) will be responsible for covering all the costs incurred for the preparation of the store, you will be prohibited from using the store in the future and you may be prosecuted for committing an act of fraud or other criminal offenses.

PUIS-JE ENLEVER MON LOT ?

Once you have submitted your lot to Soul Auto and the dealership has been published in our "Available for sale" section, you can no longer retrieve your car. If you pick up your car, you will be obliged to pay commission rates according to the terms and conditions that the buyer would have paid, calculated on the last reservation agreed with us, or otherwise, a minimum amount as detailed in our rates section below.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE LEASE IF THE LEASE LOT IS SOLD?

When a lot is successfully sold on the platform, the commission (as detailed in our fees section below) is automatically deducted from the credit card of the winning merchant. This is a fee for the use of the platform and not a charge on the lot of goods. It is then "presented" numerically to the seller and the buyer to finalize the transaction.

CAN YOU DELETE THE LIST OF DEALERS AFTER IT IS INCLUDED IN THE SALE?

Once the highest enchantment of an enchantment has been accepted, the list of enchantments will pass to our "Sold" section, where the highest enchantment, the date of the end of the enchantment, all the photos and the description will be displayed.

Offers and comments made on the store when it was online will be deleted. If a store does not respond to the reservation, the list will be removed from the website, but will still be accessible via the old links and Google searches. We do not remove a list of dealers, but if we do, we will leave it to Soul Auto's discretion.

If the lot does not reach its minimum price, the seller will be notified of the highest bid submitted at the time of the auction. The seller will have 24 hours from the end of the auction to accept or refuse this offer. This 24-hour period may be extended by agreement between us and the buyer. If there is no extension agreement and the buyer is not informed of the acceptance of his final offer within the 24 hours following the end of the sale, the offer will be considered rejected. If the seller accepts the offer, we will put the buyer in contact with the seller for the sale of the lot to the dealers.

If the seller rejects the highest offer after the closing, we will offer you the possibility to include the lot in our section "Buy MAINTENANCE", which allows the possibility of a post-closing agreement.

Please note that Soul Auto, at its own discretion, has the right to double the difference between the highest offer and the minimum price if the highest offer does not correspond to two minimum prices.

WHAT IS THE "BUY NOW" OPTION?

If the dealer lot is not sold at the end of the bidding period, the dealer lot will continue to appear on the site for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days (or more if the seller's agreement is accepted) in our section Buy Now. In this section, the car can be purchased at the price indicated (including the buyer's commission) via the "Buy Now" button or you can make a "Final offer" to the seller, who can choose to accept or refuse up to an agreed price.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BUY A LOT FROM A RETAILER?

The entirety of the cashbox will be paid to the seller of the lot of goods.

When you are the best dealer in a Soul Auto online dealer sale and the dealer sale lot has reached or exceeded the minimum, we will charge you a commission (as detailed in our section on fees below). There are no additional administrative fees other than those of Soul Auto.

CAN I CONTACT THE SELLER DURING THE SALE?

If you have any questions about the lot, please post them in comment on the chat. The seller can then answer. This avoids double questions from other soumissionnaires.

CAN I INSPECT THE INSPECTION LOT IN PERSON DURING THE INSPECTION?

Buyers can always ask to see a lot in person. We ask the sellers to make the lots available at a convenient time. Buyers and sellers do not engage in any activity aimed at completing or facilitating a transaction for the sale or purchase of a sale at off-site dealers.

COMMENT SAVOIR SI LE LOT D'ENCHÈRE A UN PRIX MINIMUM ?

Unless they are not sold under "No Reserve", all lots on the market have a minimum price.

CAN THE OTHER SURVEYORS BE ASKED TO CLOSE AT THE END OF A SURVEY TO IMPROVE MY PERFORMANCE?

Our platform avoids "sniping" by automatically adding more time. Any offer received during the last two minutes will automatically trigger the addition of two more minutes. After this point, only once there are no more bids in a two-minute period, the window will end.

CAN I WITHDRAW AN OFFER?

Once an offer has been made, you cannot withdraw it. If you, as a retained buyer, do not succeed in finalizing a purchase from the seller for any reason other than the seller's default, you will be required to pay the commission (as detailed in our section on fees below) for your highest purchase.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AT THE END OF THE ENCHÈRE IF I WIN THE ENCHÈRE?

CAN I SPEAK TO THE SELLER AFTER THE END OF THE SALE IF THE RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED AND THAT I AM STILL INTERESTED?

If the dealer lot does not reach its minimum price, we offer sellers the possibility to register the vehicle in our "Buy now" section. This allows the possibility of a post-purchase agreement.

WHAT IF THE LOT HAS DEFECTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN MENTIONED IN THE LIST OF DEALERS?

Soul Auto is the owner of the advertisement, but the seller is responsible for confirming the accuracy of the advertisement. As the seller, it is your responsibility to check the details and condition of the lot before selling.

DOES THE BUYER'S COMMISSION INCLUDE TRANSPORT OR STOCKING?

The buyer's premium is a reimbursement for the use of the plateform. Soul Auto is not responsible for the transport or stocking of the lots, and all costs associated with this are the responsibility of the buyer.

WHAT ARE THE INCREASES OF THE ENCHANTMENTS ?

The opening price of each lot can be from 100 €.

After the opening offer, the following increases will be made and will also function in this way when opting for the AUTOMATIC offer.

Minimum increase of the minimum amount: Each minimum amount made must be higher than the previous one, according to the following scale:

For purchases up to €10,000, the minimum cash value must be €100.

From 10,001.- € to 50,000.- €, the minimum cash value must be 250.- €.

As from € 50.001.-, the minimum cash value must be € 500.-.

Offers not exceeding the above increases will be considered as not made.

MAXIMUM AUTOMATIC LOCKING SYSTEM :

The system that allows each user to make an automatic reserve up to a specified maximum amount, which works as follows: SOUL AUTO's own reserve system will automatically increase the reserve with the minimum amount required (the minimum reserve incentive) to ensure that your reserve remains as high as possible. In this way, the system will continue to replenish on the other stores up to the maximum amount indicated by the user. The user will not be able to continue to check the store and to place orders manually. The vehicle will only be lost if someone exceeds its maximum automatic capacity.

If the user makes an automatic check higher than the reserve price, the user's first check will automatically coincide with the minimum price.

We do not indicate what the minimum price is, so make sure that you can buy the car before making a legal offer.

MAXIMIZE THE SALE PRICE OF YOUR CAR

Photography is the key to get the best possible price when selling a car, so if you think you don't have the capacity to do it, please contact us to ask for a professional photographer at very competitive rates.
